How can I make a purchase from Sea Cuisine for Seafarers?

Select the products you would like to purchase, add them to your Cart and pay your order by credit card or with PayPal.

As soon as we receive your payment, we will ship your order to the address provided.

You can use this website in different ways:

-Go through the selection of products you will find on the main page.

-Use the search box located at the top of the page to find specific products of interest.

- Use the Categories List on the left to view the products available for each of our product ranges (Pasta, Seafood,Teas, etc.).

 

Do I need to register every time I place an order?

No. Once your personal information has been provided, and in order to offer you the best services, you will have an account with this website and will not need to register when you place future orders.

If you would like to change your personal information at any point, you will be able to do so in 'My Account'.

 

How can I check that my order is correct?

As soon as we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation email including the name and price of the different products you have purchased.

 

What payment methods are accepted on this Website?

You can pay your orders in a 100% secure way by credit card and with PayPal.

 

How will my order be shipped?

Once we receive your order, we will prepare it. As part of this procedure, we make sure your products are protected and packaged properly.

Your order will then be delivered by a recognised delivery company in order to assure you receive it as fast as possible.

What will be the estimated delivery time?

The delivery time for the Iberian Peninsula and the Balearic Islands will be 1 to 2 working days. When ordering from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or outside Spain, please enquire about transit charges and delivery time by sending an email to info@cocinaparanavegantes.com or ringing the following telephone number: +34 981 688 030.

Please note that the delivery time can vary depending on the time of day the order was placed.

 

Can I send a product back?

In order to send a product back, you must firstly contact us at info@cocinaparanavegantes.com.

Please note that your product must be returned in perfect condition with its original packaging and that you will be responsible for the shipping costs. The return time must be within 7 days from the receipt of the order.

Once the return of your product has been confirmed, Sea Cuisine for Seafarers will refund its full price employing the same method of payment used for the purchase.

 

What should I do if I receive a product in bad condition?

Always check your orders before accepting them. If you consider any of your products are in a bad condition, please contact us within 24 hours of their receipt and return them to the carrier immediately, only if they have been deteriorated during transportation.

We will replace your products in bad condition at no extra costs toyou.
